Founded by Captain Ahmed Adam, our journey began with a single traditional felucca and a vision: to show travelers the Egypt that exists beyond the guidebooks. He believed that to truly understand the pharaohs, one must sail as they did—in silence, powered by the wind.

Over nearly four decades, that vision evolved into the Adam Dahabya. We have preserved the art of traditional shipbuilding while infusing modern luxury, creating a vessel that is as much a floating museum as it is a boutique hotel. Today, the second generation of the Adam family ensures that every guest is welcomed not just as a passenger, but as a friend.
